Scope: State of Nebraska, Private Work.

Time Constraints: Give Notice of Lien Liability to owner anytime after entering into a contract with the owner directly or the prime contractor, but prior to the 120 day requirement to make a lien claim. Service may be by certified mail or personal service. Failure to do so may negate your rights to claim a lien.
