Time Constraints: None. This notice is not required by this state (See Important, below). Send any time after the start of furnishing labor, materials or equipment.

Important: While not required to create a lien, a Notice of Intent to File a Lien, if delivered before the statutory 120 day time limit to file a lien, will prevent the owner from conveying the property to another without disclosure to the purchaser of your potential lien claim.

Form Types: Preliminary Notice for Furnishing Labor, Materials or Equipment.
